5) What is included in the limo quote price? The Truffle Shuttle uses straight forward pricing from the first time you call. We tell you about all of the fees up front. Make sure there are no hidden charges for extra mileage, fuel surcharges, or driver gratuity.

7) What's your cancellation policy? Do you charge for a re-schedule? The Truffle Shuttle allows you to re-schedule for free to an available date.
8) Do you have a guarantee if you cancel on me? Companies with older vehicles have to cancel on customers all the time due to mechanical issues. We are so confident we will show up, we will refund your money + 20% if we have to cancel on you!
